Job summary

KPMG LLC seeks a senior Banking Analyst to support FI Cross-Sell Activation across international markets by analyzing client portfolios, identifying cross-sell opportunities and enabling onboarding product enhancements.

You will work with Coverage GTB GM Lending and Operations to map processes, design target operating models, and coordinate initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and client experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience
• Experience in Financial Institutions GTB Global Markets Lending Business Analysis or Transformation roles
• Exposure to client onboarding operating model or cross-sell initiatives preferred
• Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous
• Strong understanding of FI banking products and client lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of Lending Cash Management GTB and GM solutions
• Experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering and data analysis
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and markets
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze FI portfolios to identify cross-sell opportunities and revenue potential
• Assess product utilization, client penetration and wallet share gaps
• Support development of business cases and growth initiatives
• Gather and document business requirements across Coverage, GTB, GM Lending and Operations teams
• Support design of target operating models and client engagement frameworks
• Assist in developing tailored FI product propositions and service models
• Map end-to-end onboarding fulfillment and monitoring processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client experience
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives
• Coordinate implementation of approved enhancements
• Act as liaison between business operations, product, risk and technology teams
• Support governance reporting, KPI tracking and management updates
• Monitor implementation progress and benefit realization
