Job summary

KPMG LLC is seeking to drive international expansion initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and defining business requirements to enable new coverage products and operating models for growth in China and South Korea.

The role focuses on partnership with Coverage, GTB, Corporate Banking, Operations and technology teams to design target operating models, assess resources, and support platform readiness for execution of the Connectivity Strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Banking, Corporate Banking, GTB Strategy, Transformation or related fields.
• Experience supporting international banking, trade finance or expansion initiatives preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to coordinate across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Market Opportunity Analysis: analyze trade, investment and FDI opportunities across China and South Korea.
• Coverage Operating Model Design: help design target coverage models and international operating structures.
• Product Platform Readiness: identify capabilities to support international growth and define business requirements for platform enhancements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: coordinate with Coverage, GTB, Corporate Banking, Operations, Technology and international teams.
• Transformation Implementation Support: track delivery of expansion initiatives and governance reporting.
• Analytics Reporting: develop dashboards and metrics to monitor trade and FDI growth.
