The ideal candidate has 12 years in banking with FI coverage and global markets experience, and will drive scalable onboarding and commercial opportunities across MENAT markets. Based in Qatar.

Qualifications

• 12 years of banking experience with FI coverage and GM/GTB exposure.
• Proven cross-sell and revenue-growth leadership across MENAT markets.
• Strong understanding of FI client needs and banking product ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-sell activation to increase utilization of Lending GTB and GM products.
• Develop strategies to grow wallet share and FI portfolio revenue.
• Identify opportunities to originate new FI business with existing and prospective clients.
• Create targeted engagement plans to maximize product penetration.
• Coordinate with FI Coverage, GTB, GM, and risk teams to deliver a unified proposition.
• Align lending opportunities with risk frameworks and governance.
