Qatar Airways Group in Doha is seeking an Employee Engagement & Recognition Manager to join our HR – Employee Experience team. Based in Doha, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen culture, boost employee satisfaction, and reinforce our values.

You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative programmes, manage recognition schemes, and drive strategic people initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Organisational Development, or related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, employee experience, recognition, communications, culture, or organisational development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement employee engagement and recognition strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage employee recognition programmes and delivery to ensure consistency across Qatar Airways Group Divisions
• Lead the delivery of engagement programmes, campaigns, events and recognition initiatives across local and outstation employee populations.
• Analyse employee feedback, engagement survey results, and workforce data to identify trends and recommend suitable actions.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive employee experience initiatives and support culture objectives.
• Oversee engagement events, awards programmes, milestone celebrations, and other recognition activities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, introducing innovative approaches to engagement and recognition.
• Measure recognition programme effectiveness and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
