Job summary

Experience is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to support employee engagement programs, onboarding, employee experience, internal communication, and feedback initiatives in Doha, Qatar.

In this role you will implement engagement activities, assist onboarding, monitor the employee experience, coordinate with HR and stakeholders, and support confidential reporting on engagement metrics to improve our culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in employee engagement programs or HR initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Ability to professionally address employee concerns.
• Knowledge of coaching and conflict management is a plus.
• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement employee engagement programs and activities.
• Support onboarding and employee adaptation initiatives.
• Monitor employee experience and identify challenges.
• Track engagement indicators and prepare reports.
• Support organizational culture and values initiatives.
• Coordinate employee feedback and communication activities.
• Assist with engagement surveys and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders.
