Klavy Technology for Trading and Services - Qatar, Doha seeks an Employee Engagement Specialist to drive engagement initiatives and support workplace culture. You will lead surveys, analyse data, and prepare reports for stakeholders, collaborating closely with HR and business units.

The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years in HR with strong communication, analytical and change-management skills; Arabic and English proficiency is preferred to engage a diverse workforce in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Employee Relations or HR.
• For senior-level consideration, 6-10 years' HR experience is required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior-level candidates.
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication capabilities.
• Change-management and coaching experience advantageous.
• Arabic and English capability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.

Develop engagement reports, KPIs and recommendations.

Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal initiatives.

Requirements
