Job summary

Experience in Doha seeks an Employee Engagement Specialist/Senior Specialist to help shape a positive workplace culture in a major organization in Qatar. You will develop and implement engagement initiatives, analyze surveys, create KPIs and reports, and coordinate events in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration, 6–10 years HR experience for senior level, and strong stakeholder management with English and Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Employee Relations or HR.
• For senior-level consideration, 6–10 years' HR experience is required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior-level candidates.
• Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication capabilities.
• Change-management and coaching experience advantageous.
• Arabic and English capability preferred.
