Job summary

You will follow recipes, manage inventory, decorate items as requested, and ensure products are fresh while maintaining equipment and work area. Indian nationals preferred; English communication is required; evening/weekend availability is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or pastry shop.
• Proficient in making different types of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, etc.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Good physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and quality standards
• Bake a variety of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods as per customer requests
• Ensure all products are fresh and meet quality standards
