Baker - Doha, Qatar

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that will entice our customers. Your main duty will be to prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes or special requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough for various types of bread and pastries
• Bake dough in appropriate temperatures and times to ensure quality
• Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes or fillings as needed
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
• Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Order supplies and ingredients as needed while keeping inventory levels in check
• Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, etc.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately
• Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Salary: $1000/month
