Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our restaurant's recipes.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are ready for service on time.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
• Train new bakers as needed.
