We are a renowned bakery in Doha, Qatar seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have prior experience working as a Baker and possess knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients. English speaking skills are preferred but not required. This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid work visa in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods
• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
• Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars, etc.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Good time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods

• Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary: $1300 USD per month (based on experience)
