Job summary

Kozma & Kozma, a luxury Hair & Beauty Salon in Doha, is seeking an experienced Front Desk / Salon Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional client service. The role requires supervising front desk operations, supporting bookings, and ensuring a premium salon experience.

You will oversee front desk staff, hairstylists, and beauticians to maintain outstanding customer service, assist with appointments, and uphold a welcoming, clean salon environment aligned with 5-star standards.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in beauty, hospitality, F&B, or other high-service industries.
• Strong background in customer service and client relations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Fast learner with good computer and POS system skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations and ensure staff comply with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise front desk staff, hairstylists, and beauticians to ensure outstanding customer service and technical excellence.
• Support front desk team with appointments, bookings, check-ins & outs, and client inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional salon environment that meets 5-star service standards.
• Handle client complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Process POS transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
