Job summary

Snoonu in Doha is seeking a Business Finance Analyst - Commercial (Food) to partner with the Food GM and Commercial team. This hands-on role focuses on data, analytics, and reporting to enable commercial decisions.

You will develop dashboards, track the P&L, preparation of reports, and translate insights for stakeholders. You thrive in fast-growing tech-enabled food businesses and bring advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial or business finance, ideally in food/q-commerce or tech-enabled consumer businesses.
• Strong revenue models, unit economics, take-rate and margin knowledge.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and handling large datasets.
• Constructive, data-driven mindset to challenge narratives.
• Experience in fast-growth environments with evolving processes.
• Understanding of restaurant economics, pricing, promotions and customer incentives.
• Hands-on with TM1/IBM Planning Analytics and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day commercial finance activities.
• Track Food P&L (revenue, take-rate, margins).
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and scorecards for Commercial and Finance.
• Ensure data accuracy across reports and models.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing, campaigns, and ROI.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting with data preparation.
• Support evaluation of campaigns and partnerships.
