Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Doha seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead our Italian dining service as a Heartist. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, lead the floor during service, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage.
• Italian language proficiency is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing busy service periods.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
• Act as a key point of contact between service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth communication.
