Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking a Heartist to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and personalize room orientation while upholding the brand’s service standards. This role requires a guest-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will maintain a strong lobby presence as an ambassador of the property, delivering exceptional service and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction.
