Job summary

Pullman Doha is seeking a friendly, professional Barista to deliver engaging service and craft beverages in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You will operate espresso machines and grinders, keep the beverage list knowledge current, and assist guests with menu recommendations while ensuring spotless service and hygiene.

Ideal candidates have previous barista experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks including latte arts.
• Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions and all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Ensuring excellent first impression of the guest by practicing excellent personal hygiene and impeccable cleanliness of the outlet.
• Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in an upscale, fast paced environment.
