Job summary

BAE Systems in Doha seeks a Training and Standards Group Leader to oversee training and standards for flight line personnel and weapons load teams. You will coordinate induction, ongoing training, and safety briefings, ensuring competency and currency across maintenance tasks and weapons handling.

You will work with the Training Cell Team Leader and Flight Line Controller to set standards, deliver IMS training, and maintain training records, liaising with external agencies to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Typhoon knowledge within own technical area; understand integration with other trades.
• Leadership foundations and safety culture requirements.
• Human factors, risk and safety assurance awareness.
• E&PW awareness and ITAR considerations.
• Fire training and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain flight line standards across See Offs, See Ins and Composite Flight Servicing.
• Lead weapons load training for re-authorisation and new capabilities.
• Ensure training materials conform to configuration and standards.
• Establish training schedules and delivery programmes for flight line and weapons load training.
• Deliver induction, continuation training and SHE briefings; maintain records.
