Job summary

BSL is seeking a Facility Operation and Maintenance Lead to manage day-to-day facility operations for Technical Institute and Qatar Armed Forces Staff. You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate with QAF, BAE Systems and external contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across MEP services.

You will lead on security, asset management, waste disposal, and reporting to SMT and stakeholders, while driving continuous improvement and safe, uninterrupted training delivery.

Qualifications

• Foundation Degree/HND in Management, Operations Management or similar with Engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Facility Management and Operation Plan with suppliers and Civil Defense documentation.
