Job summary

Qualifications

• University qualification with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Experience in airline operations, hospitality, or social services preferred.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.
• Empathy and discretion when handling sensitive welfare cases.
• Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and welfare support to flight crew daily.
• Handle crew queries with timely and practical solutions.
• Coordinate roster changes and shift adjustments with rostering teams.
• Monitor fleet rosters, disruption reports, and sick reports for accuracy.
• Maintain welfare and housing case logs for tracking and analysis.
• Implement review board decisions within defined timelines.
• Escalate welfare concerns to management and follow up actions.
• Participate in inventory checks and jump seat case separations.
• Liaise with security, facilities, and operations departments.
• Support operational continuity and crew wellbeing.
