Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Galley Loading Plan (GLP) and Menu Specifications.
• Familiarity with various aircraft galley layouts and loading restrictions.
• Excellent liaison and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible in working hours and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Airside Safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and dispatch flights with full catering setup per QCATS or OAL requirements.
• Ensure on-time loading and handover to Cabin Crew with proper documentation.
• Check and safeguard equipment like tablets, radios, and temperature probes.
• Record start/finish times of galley tasks and prepare incident reports as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational irregularities.
