You will master the menu and wine pairings, perform precise service from the left and clearing from the right, and contribute to seamless liaison with the kitchen while upholding grooming and stamina.

Qualifications

• Experience waiting tables in upscale, fine-dining, or Michelin-starred environments.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and premium ingredients is preferred.
• Exceptional poise, communication, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Menu and beverage expertise with knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and pairings.
• Execute precise service techniques (from the left, clear from the right, pour water and wine).
• Tailor service to guests' vibe and occasions; anticipate needs and upsell premium pairings.
• Guide guests through menu options and chef tasting menus; recommend premium pairings and aperitifs.
• Liaise with kitchen regarding dietary restrictions and order modifications.
• Polish silverware, glassware, and porcelain to maintain fine-dining geometry.
