Job summary

Client of Recruit for Africa seeks polished waiters for luxury hotels in Qatar. You will deliver refined service in dining venues, lounges, and events for international guests. Responsibilities include menu guidance, pairings, and seamless coordination with kitchen and bar teams.

We value strong communication, multitasking and guest engagement. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and well-presented with excellent communication.
• 2–3 years of waiter/waitress experience in luxury hotels, fine dining or premium hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of menus and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and present menus with poise and confidence.
• Provide attentive, personalized service from seating to orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Record orders accurately using POS and ensure correct delivery of dishes and drinks.
• Maintain impeccable table presentation and reset areas efficiently.
• Uphold grooming, uniform and etiquette standards of a five-star property.
• Promote signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience.
