Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive financial planning, budgeting, and revenue management across the hotel. You will lead the finance and accounting team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure strong financial reporting in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will partner with sales and operations to maximize profitability, oversee cash flow, payroll, and internal controls, and provide strategic analysis for projects and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of finance or accounting experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and revenue management for the hotel.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; monitor department budgets.
• Analyze variances, occupancy metrics, ADR, and RevPAR; partner with sales teams.
• Prepare and present P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, AP/AR, payroll, and statutory payments.
• Implement cost controls, oversee assets, and ensure internal controls and audits.
• Provide strategic financial analysis for projects and operational improvements.
