Job summary

Withstand Group in Doha is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations across our restaurant network. You will manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support strategic growth.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience in Qatar, strong expertise in cost management and financial reporting, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-branch teams and liaise with auditors and authorities.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in F&B.
• Experience as Finance Manager in Qatar is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, cash flow management and financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations and F&B cost management is highly desirable.

Good knowledge of Qatar's tax regulations and statutory financial requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
