Job summary

Withstand Group in Doha is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations across our restaurant network. You will manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support strategic growth.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience in Qatar, strong expertise in cost management and financial reporting, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-branch teams and liaise with auditors and authorities.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in F&B.
• Experience as Finance Manager in Qatar is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, cash flow management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounting cash flow and financial reporting.
• Prepare and monitor budgets forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyze revenue expenses profitability and financial performance across restaurant branches.
• Monitor food costs labour costs operating expenses and cost-control measures.
• Manage accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's applicable tax regulations financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors banks and relevant authorities.
