Job summary

Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to lead daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across the hotel.

You will oversee AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, and payroll review, while mentoring a small accounting team and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit prep.

The role requires at least 2 years hotel accounting experience and familiarity with Opera, Micros, SunSystems, and other hospitality systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems (Opera, Micros, SunSystems, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Review daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy across hotel outlets.
• Supervise Income Audit activities and ensure strong internal controls.
• Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and credit collections.
• Support payroll review and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead, train, and support a small accounting team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
