Job summary

NES Fircroft in Qatar seeks a Manager – Business Finance and Analytics Manager to lead FP&A, financial reporting, analytics, and BI initiatives. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, modelling and data-driven decision-making while improving financial systems and controls.

You will build and lead a high-performing analytics team, develop dashboards and reports, partner with leaders on resource allocation, and push automation and continuous improvement across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, Finance Analytics, or Business Finance experience.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on data analytics, reporting, and BI.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Python and AI-enabled analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, rolling plans, and financial reporting.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
• Provide insights on revenue, costs, profitability and performance.
• Support finance transformation and process automation.
• Monitor financial risks, variances, and project performance.
• Partner with business leaders for data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and develop a finance analytics team.
