Job summary

QAFCO (Qatar Fertiliser Company) in Doha seeks a senior finance professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting and planning for the group. You will design templates, automate the process, collect inputs from all departments and ensure accuracy and timeliness of plans.

Responsibilities include leading the annual budget, group consolidated budgets, and KPI reporting. Strong ERP and analytical skills are essential for executive reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years in budgeting/forecasting roles in manufacturing/oil & gas is preferred.
• Certifications in finance (CIMA/CGMA/ACCA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the organization.
• Develop templates and automated processes for budgeting.
• Coordinate inputs from all departments for budgets and forecasts.
• Manage ERP implementation and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide management with ad hoc financial reports and KPI analysis.
• Oversee annual budget, group consolidation, revenues, OPEX & CAPEX.
