Job summary

QAFCO in Doha seeks an experienced Budgeting & Forecasting Manager to lead the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring templates, deadlines, and controls align with policy.

You will consolidate data from subsidiaries, monitor variances, and prepare Board-ready reports. The role includes driving continuous improvement across planning, ERP integration, and KPI measurement to steer financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years of direct & relevant budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Professional certification (CIMA/CGMA/ACCA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Group.
• Consolidate data for budget presentations and provide financial status updates to management.
• Monitor budget vs forecast and prepare detailed variance reports.
• Lead the development and maintenance of budgeting guidelines and models.
• Ensure ERP integration and controls across planning processes.
