Job summary

KPMG LLC is seeking a Business Lead for FX & Commodity Hedging Solutions in Qatar. Lead the development and expansion across Qatar and international markets, driving growth in risk management revenues and client adoption of hedging solutions.

The role covers product development, commercialization, platform capability enablement, and stakeholder management to strengthen market presence and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Global Markets, Treasury FX Sales, or related hedging solutions.
• Experience developing and commercializing hedging products and solutions.
• Experience across Qatar and international markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of FX and Commodity Hedging revenues across Qatar and international markets.
• Increase client penetration and adoption of hedging solutions across corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop market-specific strategies to expand wallet share and hedging utilization.
• Identify opportunities to commercialize risk management solutions.
• Expand and enhance hedging product offerings across FX and commodities.
• Support rollout of new hedging capabilities and product enhancements.
• Advise clients on exposure management strategies and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to improve client experience.
