URS in Umm Salal Muhammad, Qatar, is seeking a part-time Fashion Brand Coordinator & Business Assistant to join our hybrid team. The role focuses on trend research, supplier coordination, workshop supervision, and social media management to support daily operations and growth.

Ideal candidates have experience in administration or business coordination, a passion for fashion, and strong English communication skills, with the ability to work independently and visit the workshop as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in administration or business coordination preferred.
• Interest in fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Good command of English.

Mansioni

• Research the latest fashion trends, fabrics, designs and market developments.
• Research local and international fashion exhibitions, trade shows and potential suppliers.
• Follow up on orders, production timelines and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and the tailoring workshop.
• Visit the workshop when required to supervise production and daily operations.
• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting and customer inquiries.
• Assist with basic accounting, expense tracking and business records.
• Support new product development, marketing activities and organize daily tasks.
