The role works closely with the Sales Manager to execute marketing and showroom programs, oversee front-of-house staff, and contribute to events that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in implementing showroom sales activities and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate social events, customer gatherings, and showroom activations to enhance brand exposure.
• Supervise receptionists and ensure front-of-house operations maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain showroom appearance in line with brand identity and corporate guidelines.
• Assist in the development and execution of small-scale marketing and promotional activities.
• Help track sales performance, footfall, and customer inquiries, preparing regular reports for management.
• Ensure smooth customer flow in the showroom and support customer experience improvement initiatives.
