Job summary

Elegancia Facility Management is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role works with vendors and facility personnel to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient building operation.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage budgets and contracts, and implement energy-saving and space-optimization projects. The candidate should have experience in hard and soft services, vendor relations, and SAP/ERP

Qualifications

• Facilities Management experience of both hard and soft services.
• Knowledge of Building management and Facility and Maintenance operations.
• Experience working with vendors/contractors.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring safety compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, upgrades and preventive schedules.
• Manage facility budgets, expenditures and contracts with vendors.
• Implement facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and occupant satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain facility management policies and documentation for compliance.
• Serve as liaison between occupants, management and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify needs and hazards.
• Manage emergency response procedures and readiness.
• Provide leadership to facility maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices.
