Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in high-end residential facilities management.
• Experience with property management software and building management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential facilities ensuring safety and comfort.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with technicians.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to extend building life.
