• Schedule staff according to forecast to ensure adequate manpower.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team per SOPs.
• Evaluate performance and pursue internal development and promotions.
• Set up the outlet on time according to meal settings and hours.
• Welcome and seat guests with the Hostess assistance.
• Maintain a professional, friendly relationship with patrons.
• Update the outlet's database of regular guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards across the outlet and related areas.
• Participate in the outlet's promotional activities.
