Hilton in Key West invites a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The role supports the Executive Chef in directing all culinary operations, ensuring top-quality meals, safety standards, and exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets and banquet spaces.

You will help design menus for events, mentor staff, and coordinate with Food & Beverage leadership to drive profitability while maintaining Hilton’s renowned hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in directing and overseeing all culinary operations including preparation, production, food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and profitability.
• Interact with guests to monitor satisfaction and address issues to improve service.
• Create and implement menu selections for banquets and events in partnership with senior culinary leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Develop and manage team performance through supervision, coaching, scheduling, training, and recognition.
