Job summary

Flyper in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeks an experienced Executive Chef for a contract role with accommodation. You will lead the kitchen, develop menus, manage staff, and ensure quality and hygiene standards across all dishes.

English fluency is required; Indian nationality preferred but open to others. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a similar role, strong cost control, recipe development, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Ability to lead a team of kitchen staff.
• Preferred Nationality: Indian.

• Developing menus based on customer preferences
