We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The Executive Chef will plan and direct all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, with the goal of delivering high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Create and develop new menus with a focus on traditional Indian dishes
  • Source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines

Requirements
