Job summary

Flyper in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeks an experienced Executive Chef specialized in Pakistani cuisine to lead our kitchen operations, menu planning, and quality control. This full-time role requires strong leadership and excellent English communication, with visa support and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities include developing authentic Pakistani dishes, overseeing daily kitchen activities, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be of Pakistani nationality with a strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani cuisine
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant is preferred but not required
• Ability to work full-time with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a valid work visa for Qatar or be willing to obtain one
• No prior experience required as we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Develop and create authentic Pakistani dishes meeting quality standards
• Oversee daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking and plating
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques, sanitation, and safety
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain efficiency
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Collaborate with management to create or adjust menu items based on feedback
