Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, inventory, food safety, interdepartmental collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality service. Salary is 1700$ per month negotiable based on experience; accommodation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian cuisine restaurant or hotel setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including traditional cooking techniques, spices, and flavor profiles.
• Proven ability to develop creative menus that appeal to a wide range of customers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments and communicate with staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures for ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a creative and authentic Indian menu that meets the needs of our customers.
• Source high-quality ingredients while managing costs and inventory.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Create new dishes and update existing ones to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food production to ensure timely service while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all food safety regulations and standards to ensure safe handling of ingredients.
• Collaborate with other departments such as front‑of‑house staff to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Manage budgeting, ordering, inventory control, and cost management for the kitchen.
