Job summary

• Assist guests by resolving calls, requests, or problems and up-selling to maximize revenue.
• Enter and process guest reservations and rewards information.
• Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties.
• Train and motivate employees; model professional behavior.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
