• Experience with Qatar labour and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manpower planning and recruitment advertising and sourcing.
• Screen candidates, perform background checks, and extend offers after authorization.
• Negotiate salary and onboard new hires.
• Maintain ERP (Dynamo) and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Manager to support recruitment efforts.
