Qatar Airways is recruiting an Employee Engagement & Recognition Manager to lead design, development and delivery of engagement initiatives in Doha, Qatar. You will partner with senior leaders to build a culture of recognition, strengthen employee experience, and drive engagement across all divisions.

You will manage programmes, analyse feedback and workforce data, and oversee events and budgets, while collaborating with external vendors to ensure consistent delivery across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and recognition.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement engagement and recognition strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead delivery of engagement programmes, events, and recognition initiatives.
• Analyse feedback and workforce data to identify trends and actions.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee experience initiatives.
• Oversee events, awards, and milestone recognitions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative practices.
• Measure programme effectiveness and report to senior leadership.
• Organise HR Leadership engagement events and Townhalls.
• Manage the Recognition budget across divisions.
