Job summary

Ecojob in Al-Khor, Qatar seeks an experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our luxury hotel's culinary team. You will oversee menu planning, food costing, inventory, and ensure top quality and presentation across all dishes.

This role requires strong leadership to manage kitchen staff, excellent English communication, and the ability to train staff and liaise with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Note: preference for Indian candidates; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create unique dishes.
• Strong leadership and kitchen staff management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with food costing, inventory management, and menu planning.
• Authorized to work in Qatar.
