Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar's homegrown marketplace, seeks a Vendor Support Associate to own the post-sale journey end to end. You will connect customers with vendors, service centers, and internal CS teams to resolve issues quickly and with minimal friction, ensuring timely resolutions within defined SLAs.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and experience with post-sale processes for electronics. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in customer support, after-sales service, or vendor/partner management.
• Understanding of returns, warranty, and repair workflows for electronics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale cases: returns, exchanges, refunds, warranty claims, DOA, missing accessories, and repairs.
• Track cases from first contact to final resolution within SLAs.
• Escalate to vendors/service centers when needed and coordinate warranty repairs and replacements.
