Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a senior electrical maintenance supervisor for Oil & Gas/Petrochemical plants in Qatar. You will lead maintenance teams, oversee troubleshooting, installation, removal and reinstatement of electrical equipment, and ensure safe, compliant work.

You will interpret drawings and datasheets, support planning and reporting, and maintain records. This is a full-time on-site role in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer.
• Hands-on SAP EAM Maintenance work-order experience.
• Competency in communication, team management, and report writing.
• Professional-level English reading and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance teams.

• Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used.
• Inspect work quality and ensure corrective actions for identified faults.

• Handle SAP EAM Maintenance work orders.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement of electrical equipment.
  
• Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used.

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP EAM Maintenance work-order experience.
  
• Competency in communication, team management, and report writing.
  
• Professional-level ability to read, write, and understand English.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge and good safety record.
