Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a senior Mechanical Supervisor with 7+ years of hands-on experience in oil and gas or industrial projects to lead site activities.

You will supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, repair and shutdowns, review drawings and P&IDs, coordinate with engineers, technicians, operations and HSE teams, and ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO and safety procedures while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects preferred.
• Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, repair and shutdown activities.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, compressors, piping and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs and specifications.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers, Technicians, Operations & HSE teams.
• Ensure work complies with PTW, LOTO, JSA, risk assessments and safety procedures.
• Monitor manpower, work progress, quality and site activities.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid QID / Freelance Visa holders preferred.
