Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our onsite projects in Qatar. You will oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with PTW, LOTO, JSA and safety procedures.

Strong leadership, coordination with engineers, technicians and operations teams, and ability to interpret drawings and specifications are essential. The role requires 7+ years in Oil & Gas or industrial settings and a proactive approach to site

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects preferred.
Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, testing & commissioning activities.
Knowledge of LV/MV panels, switchgear, cables, transformers & electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs & specifications.
Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, Technicians, Operations & HSE teams.
Ensure work complies with PTW, LOTO, JSA, risk assessments & safety procedures.
Monitor manpower, work progress, quality and site activities.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership & communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical installation, testing and commissioning activities on site.
Coordinate with Engineers, Technicians, Operations & HSE teams to execute projects.
Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, JSA and risk assessments.
Monitor progress, quality and safety on site and report deviations.
