AimGulf, a Qatar-based manpower and facility management company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for our Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer projects in Doha. The role focuses on supervising maintenance teams, coordinating troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in the sector, hands-on SAP EAM experience, and strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer.
• Hands-on SAP EAM Maintenance work-order experience.
• Strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge and good safety record.
• Engineering Diploma in Electrical trade (12+3 years).

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance teams.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement of electrical equipment.
• Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used.
• Inspect work quality and enforce corrective actions.
• Interpret drawings, layouts, P&IDs, datasheets, and related documents.
• Support planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
• Handle SAP EAM Maintenance work orders.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.
