Job summary

Employment is seeking a Service Quality & Vendor Management Specialist (E-Invoicing) to drive success of a large-scale e-invoicing ecosystem by collaborating with external service providers and internal teams, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on vendor governance, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment, requiring a strong background in business/admin disciplines and IT awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in vendor management, service quality, stakeholder engagement, or operational oversight.
• Experience working in government, public sector, or other regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Experience with dashboards, performance monitoring, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with e-invoicing service providers and market vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality against agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal business and IT teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Support vendor onboarding, awareness sessions, and standards alignment.
• Prepare service quality reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries and escalations.
